Return & Refund Policy – Indo•Lab

At IndoLab, each press-on nail set is handmade and made to order, which means we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns:

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Sizing:

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes when placing their order. IndoLab Nails is not responsible for sizing issues if incorrect sizes are provided.

If you are unsure of your nail sizes, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a custom set.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

IndoLab is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
