Processing Time:

All press-on nail sets are made to order. Orders are processed within 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Carrier:

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or postal delays. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. IndoLab Nails is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. IndoLab Nails is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
